Ramblings:
I will never stop appreciating the fact that I can run now. I just did a 4-mile loop with one of my favorite running partners and it was exactly what I needed at the end of this week. I feel invigorated and good again. I never, never cease to stop and marvel at what my body has done.  Sometimes sorting out issues leads to bigger [more complicated] circles. Nevertheless, the act of talking openly...
